All items purchased on our online store can be returned without any justification within 30 days after delivery
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All claims (returns and refunds or exchanges) must be submitted in advance to our customer service. Before returning goods, please contact us by email at [email protected]
Return without justification*
You get a delay of 30 days from delivery to change your mind and return the item(s) ordered without justification. We specify that the return costs are paid by the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, with labels, new, unworn and unwashed.
- Items returned incomplete or damaged, deteriorated or sled by the customer will not be refunded.
- Once the goods received, checked and accepted by our services, refund will be made on your credit card or Paypal account within 30 days after receiving the items.
Packaging and/or product damaged
Each order shipped is prepared and inspected carefully. If the package delivered present some damage, please accept the delivery while posing claims.
At the time of opening, if the product is damaged, we apply our exchange policy.

The customer will automatically by refunded by triangle-des-bermudes for the shipping cost. Once the goods received, triangle-des-bermudes.com will hold a new shipment.
Products purchased in store and not online
Our policy does not include products purchased in Triangle des Bermudas’ shops or resellers. Only the products purchased on triangle-des-bermudes.com can be returned and exchanged.
* In accordance with Articles 121-20 and following the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to change his decision and return the item(s) ordered without having to justify modifications or pay any penalties, except the return costs that remain at his charge.
Delivery error
If the products you received does not correspond to those ordered (models, sizes, colors), we apply our exchange policy. We invite you to contact our customer service.
All the shipping cost paid by the customer will be refunded by triangle-des-bermudes.com. Please attach to the package, the proof of your shipping costs. Once the goods received, triangle-des-bermudes.com will hold a new shipment.
